Duties



Assist the Park Manager in overseeing daily park operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently Supervise staff shifts, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring to maintain high standards of service Manage guest services by addressing visitor inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction Coordinate and oversee special events and activities to ensure successful execution and safety compliance Handle cash transactions accurately during admissions or retail sales, maintaining proper cash handling procedures Prepare detailed reports on park operations, incidents, staffing, and event outcomes to inform management decisions Support safety protocols by conducting inspections, supervising emergency responses, and ensuring compliance with health regulations

Qualifications



Proven management experience in hospitality, resort, or entertainment environments with a focus on guest services and operations Supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced settings such as nightclubs or event venues Strong leadership skills combined with excellent communication abilities for team coordination and customer interaction Experience in event management, shift supervision, and report writing to track operational performance Knowledge of cash handling procedures and familiarity with restaurant or hospitality industry standards Previous assistant manager roles or supervisory experience within a resort or recreational facility preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
