Objective:

Coordinate daily construction activities and maintain a complete inventory of homes.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that houses are built to the requirements & specifications established by construction drawings, building codes, the company, and clients. Responsible for maintaining all finished speculative homes, pre-sales, and model homes. Responsible for inspecting the cleanliness of all common elements within each community, including streets, landscaping, and all other common areas. Take corrective measures when necessary. Responsible for watering all yards and landscaping during the growing season. Responsible for distributing plans to subcontractors as needed. Be responsible, to know and demonstrate Grant and Co.'s core values, and maintain a great attitude at all times, despite challenges or extenuating circumstances.

Education Requirements:

A high school diploma is required.

Experience:

No experience as a superintendent is required.
