Job Description
The Assistant Brand Manager is an important member of the marketing and advertising team. The position is considered entry level and will begin during training, which will include a thorough overview of basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. After completing the program successfully, an individual would be considered a team lead in the marketing department. The Marketing Assistant at the entry level reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the daily development and growth of assigned campaigns
- Assisting with customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Managing the needs of external customers expertly
- Developing strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Retail promotional campaigns are used to increase sales.
- Increase brand awareness through local events and experiential marketing.
- Customer interaction and communication
