About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and reliable

Assistant Boxing Coach

to help during our weekday sessions. You'll support lead coaches, help guide new members through fundamentals, and maintain a positive and professional training environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in fitness, coaching, or boxing instruction who wants hands-on experience inside a real training facility.

Responsibilities

Assist during classes by demonstrating proper boxing technique and movement Help with warm-ups, conditioning rounds, and station organization Provide encouragement and guidance to youth and adult members Maintain clean, organized gym space and ensure safety standards are followed Support social media content or event setup when needed

Qualifications

Positive, energetic personality and strong communication skills Interest or background in boxing, fitness, or coaching (training provided) Ability to motivate and connect with youth and adult members Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Must be 17+ years old

Schedule & Compensation

Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM (15 hours per week) $12/hour Includes free Soto Boxing membershipfor personal training use

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
