As an Assistant Behavior Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing evidence-based ABA interventions across home, school, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities



Clinical Assessment & Implementation Conduct skills assessments and assist in functional behavior assessments (FBAs). Help design, update, and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA).? Observe clients and record behavioral data across environments to support data-driven treatment and progress evaluation. Supervision & Support Provide mentorship, feedback, and direct supervision to RBAIs and behavior technicians, ensuring fidelity to intervention protocols. Review session notes, data sheets, and contribute to staff in-service training. Coach caregivers and staff on evidence-based ABA strategies, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction techniques. Collaboration & Communication Attend and contribute to team meetings, clinical reviews, and parent consultations. Communicate clearly and professionally with families, supervisors, and interdisciplinary partners. Support scheduling, documentation, and insurance compliance as needed. Compliance & Development Maintain adherence to Oregon Health Authority (OHA) regulations and BARB licensing standards for Assistant Behavior Analysts, including supervision requirements.? Participate in required continuing education and professional development; stay current on trauma-informed, assent-based, and culturally competent ABA practice.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or related field (required); Master's preferred.

Must have a current BCaBA certification or Oregon LABA license, or eligibility to obtain both.?

Demonstrated experience implementing ABA programs and supervising staff preferred. Exceptional observational, data recording/reporting, and communication skills. Ability to pass state-required background check. Compassionate, collaborative, and adaptive professional mindset.

Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
