A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT BAKER In this restaurant position, you bake and decorate cookies to perfection! You start each shift by preparing all the necessary ingredients and toppings. Closely following our recipes, you assist in the process of making large batches of cookie dough in an 80-quart mixer. Then, you scoop, package, and freeze the dough so that it can be baked later. On baking days, you pull cookie dough out of the freezer and bake it for the proper amount of time. After the cookies cool, you help ice and top them. At the end of each shift, you thoroughly clean your station. Following our food safety and sanitation guidelines is your number one priority. You love making delicious cookies and having the opportunity to improve your baking skills!
