$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time | Temp-to-Hire | 90-Day Probation Period

Work Hours:

Tuesday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM & Saturday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Peak is seeking a motivated

Assembly and Packing Warehouse Associate

to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be assembling and packaging window blinds, shades, and related components while ensuring accuracy and quality in every product.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble blinds and shades using basic hand tools and provided materials Inspect products for correct measurements and quality standards Package finished items securely for shipment to customers and retail partners Label and stage products in designated shipping areas Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with material replenishment and simple inventory checks Follow all safety protocols and production procedures

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of warehouse, assembly, or production experience Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable, detail-oriented, and strong team player Comfortable using basic hand tools and following instructions in a fast-paced setting

Additional Requirements:

Background check and drug screening required prior to hiring After a 90-day probationary period, candidates will receive a performance review Upon successful completion, employees will transition to full-time status with Peak Company benefits become effective 30 days after full-time employment begins
