Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products in a fast-paced factory environment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with both hand and power tools. The Assembler will play a crucial role in ensuring that products meet quality standards and are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities

Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks. Fabricate parts as needed to ensure proper fit and function. Maintain a clean and organized work area on the assembly line. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards. Report any issues or defects in materials or processes to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred. Knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting materials as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
