Job Description

The assembler performs duties to produce large ag equipment and components by assembling them according to the production processes and conducts quality inspections before shipping the completed order to the customer. Schedule is on the weekends, for 12-hours (Fri - Sun 6AM-6PM)

Essential Job Functions

Performs any assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools. Operates both stationary and moving overhead cranes. Installs flow meters, ECS units, hydraulics, lights and wiring. Operates fork lift as required. Operates any equipment needed to perform job. Anticipates needed supplies. Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Working Utility Lead. Comply with company safety regulations, mission, and core values. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

High School Diploma or GED Past equipment manufacturing or equipment servicing preferred. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Problem solving skills required. Ability to read manufacturing instructions and interpret documents such as safety rules, production schedules, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Capable of lifting 75 lbs. and standing for a 12 hour day.
