Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility, with a preference for a candidate who has experience with RF connectors and coaxial cables. This role involves assembling and building RF Coaxial Cables.
Duties:
Building coaxial cable assemblies Reading drawings Soldering Cable cutting/stripping Heatshrinking Testing
Employees are Expected to:
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Maintain documentation of work performed and report any discrepancies or issues
Requirements
Prior factory or manufacturing experience preferred, especially within cable assemblies Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
