Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a detail-oriented, ambitious, high-energy candidate with experience working in a fast-paced fabrication shop. The ideal candidate will work well under pressure and within a team environment and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. This position will be required to collaborate with others and at times work with little to no supervision. Candidates must have mechanical aptitude and hand tool experience. Key responsibilities will include:
- Operating various shop machines
- Assembly
- Painting
- Fitting of Threaded Pipe
- Use hand tools to fit and assemble parts
- Assembly, labor and general shop help
\xc2\xb7 Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted \xc2\xb7 Ability to crouch, twist, bend, kneel and stoup for 8-10 hours at a time \xc2\xb7 Use of hands to operate and assemble \xc2\xb7 Must be able to work in acclimate weather Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS A high school diploma and a minimum of two years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a shop environment required. Experience reading prints preferred but not required.
