Assembly Production Associate

to join our

Lincoln team

. This role includes assembling custom awards and supporting other areas such as shipping and receiving. Full training is provided.

This position is responsible for

share duties in other areas such as shipping and receiving.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, ready to learn, and enjoys hands on work. Full and ongoing training is provided.

Responsibilities

Assemble awards using hand tools, glues, tapes, and other materials (training provided) Maintain quality, accuracy, and attention to detail Support team goals and production timelines Represent Regal Awards with professionalism and teamwork Assist other production areas such as shipping, receiving, and order packaging.

Qualifications

Dependable with strong attention to detail Enjoys hands-on work and a fast-paced, team environment Ability to read a ruler and use basic hand tools (training provided) Positive attitude and good attendance required

Schedule & Pay

Full-time:

Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4 PM

Part-time:

Flexible scheduling available

Start Pay:

$16.00-$18.00/hour (based on experience)
