? Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
? Available Schedules:
?? Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
?? Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
?? 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
? Job Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly tasks following work instructions and production standards
- Handle, sort, and organize light manufacturing materials
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Move, stage, and package finished components for shipment or next production phase
- Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Follow all safety policies, company procedures, and OSHA guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Assist in other production or warehouse duties as assigned
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for 12-hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 25-40 lbs as needed
- Steel-toe shoes required
- Intermediate English required (Bilingual preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Team-oriented with a positive and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required)
- Background check required
- Prior manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred (not required)
