Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Ability to work all day with a microscope Assembles products to engineering specifications and drawings using tools provided Use soldering irons, microscope, solder pots, and hand tools to perform work. Assemble parts and perform tasks such as harness installation, wire stripping/crimping, Sub and final assemblies May assemble prototype units for engineering Recommends solutions to assembly problems regarding fixtures and tools Assists other assemblers with questions related to the assembly of our products




Required Skills:


1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, or technical certificate High School diploma or equivalent Experience working all day with a microscope preferred Experience with soldering This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization




Desired skills:


Experience as an assembler in defense manufacturing or aerospace Ability to follow directions Able to perform simple math (addition and subtraction, ex. look at dimension) Experience in using basic manufacturing equipment, small tools such as tweezers and multimeters, torque and force gauges, etc Interpersonal skills with the ability to work well on a team as well as alone High motivation and drive




Physical Requirements:


Ability to sit for an extending period Ability to work with your hands in a repetitive cycle
