Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Line Worker to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with small components and precision equipment. Responsibilities

Operate and monitor assembly line equipment to ensure smooth production flow Assemble components accurately according to specifications using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts when necessary, following safety protocols Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or issues Maintain a clean and organized work station to promote safety and efficiency Assist with loading and unloading materials within the manufacturing facility Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times

Qualifications

Soldering experience Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to specifications Read and follow schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions Perform soldering, wiring, and basic mechanical work as needed Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality Maintain a clean and organized work area Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Assist in continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts Previous factory or manufacturing experience preferred, especially in assembly line environments Mechanical aptitude with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge Ability to work efficiently, willing to work as a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required Prior experience with assembly processes or manufacturing operations is advantageous
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
