Summary:
Safely load and unload machinery with proper tooling and products. Perform manual tasks such as package, crate, label, count, and sort products. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Required to understand and follow all company policies and procedures

+ Ensure that all guards and safety equipment have been installed and properly checked

+ Required to meet or exceed production standards

+ Required to maintain quality standards on all products

+ Safely load and unload machinery with the proper tooling and product as directed by team leader or supervisor

+ Maintain good housekeeping practices throughout the department

+ Responsible to maintain a safe working environment for all employees

+ Requires regular attendance per the schedule assigned by supervisor

+ Required to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures

+ Required to understand and follow work procedures as set forth by all ISO documentation

+ Read and interpret blueprints whenever required by operation

+ Select the proper tooling and process set-up as directed by team leader or supervisor

+ Perform other tasks as assigned

+ Adhere to ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, and OSHAS 18001 certification requirements


Required Skills/Abilities:
+ A thorough understanding of the hazard communication program

+ Must have a total understanding of the shop packets released to the shop floor

+ Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within manufacturing environment

Education and Experience:
+ High school diploma or its equivalent, desired
