Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Basic math skills and familiarity with measuring tools.
