We are looking for an

Assembler I

Perform all preparation activities on the molds before the start of packing operations. Receive and perform work assignments, oral and/or written, and follow work instructions. Train to be proficient in

mold preparation

, web assembly, mandrel preparation, and mandrel removal. Document (Prisma) the mold preparation, web assembly, mandrel preparation, and mandrel removal for each mold/blade. Set up,

operate

, and

maintain

a variety of equipment to

assemble

, inspect, and

prepare molds.

Perform

inspections

as required. Work with or under the direction of Floor Leads, managers, and engineers. Follow all applicable specifications and procedures for performing shop operations. Use all required safety equipment and follow established safety procedures. Provide technical direction and training to other employees as needed. Keep work areas in a clean and orderly condition. Support and apply team concepts in daily activities.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to read, write & speak the English language fluently. Ability to use

hand &

power tools

and

lifting equipment

. Possess or have the ability to acquire all PIME licenses by passing the company test requirements. Possess or have the ability to acquire LOTO certification. Demonstrate ability to use hand and power tools. Acquire forklift, scissor lift, and Crown Wave license from the Safety Department. Demonstrate the ability to count and record material data with a high degree of accuracy. Demonstrate proficiency in SAP and other

MS Office

computer tools

Able to lift 50 lbs.
