As a Medical Product Assembler at Del Medical, you'll have a key role in ensuring our medical products are assembled carefully and meet high-quality standards. Here's what the job involves:

Read and understand assembly drawings (Blueprints) and instructions to put together products accurately.

Check incoming materials and in-house assemblies thoroughly.

Follow rules and regulations to maintain our standards and comply with industry requirements.

Maintain professionalism when interacting with team members and external partners.

Foster positive relationships.

Keep your work area organized and clean to enhance safety and efficiency.

Use proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries and promote a safety-oriented workplace.

Adapt to changing tasks and willingly take on additional responsibilities as needed

Requires standing for long periods of time.

Requires the use of repetitive motions with fingers, hands and arms while assembling small and large parts.

Requires to be able to lift 50 pounds

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in product assembly, preferably in a medical device manufacturing environment. Attention to detail and precision in assembly and documentation. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
