Triad Fastener is seeking an Assembler for our 1st shift from 6am until 2:30pm. This individual will be responsible for operating the injection molding presses in a productive, safe and quality conscious manner.
Duties include:
Ensure that the parts being produced meet the applicable acceptance criteria.
Notify management when problems are encountered that affect part quality and machine efficiency.
Utilize documented procedures as needed.
Accurately record the number of and reason for reject parts.
Complete any rework, regrind, and/or clean-up area before leaving.
Assemble, trim and sort parts.
