We are hiring

Asphalt Paving Operators

to support our paving operations. This role requires experience with asphalt compaction and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, ensuring smooth, high-quality paving results.

Responsibilities

Use a lute and a shovel to create smooth asphalt surfaces at the proper elevation Operate steel drum and/or pneumatic rollers for asphalt compaction Work efficiently in a team-driven, fast-paced environment Maintain consistent, high-quality workmanship Follow safety procedures and instructions at all times Perform related duties as needed to support paving operations

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of asphalt paving experience Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work and learn 18 years of age or older Drug-free Legally eligible to work in the United States Excellent attendance and accountability for conduct Ability to sustain pace and produce quality results Physically able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs., stand, kneel, bend, twist, push/pull, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
