Job Type: Full-time / Seasonal (OT opportunities)

P&M Asphalt Paving & Seal-Coating is a leading Pittsburgh contractor for driveways, parking lots, and new construction. We want experienced asphalt men who can jump in and produce quality work.

Responsibilities

Asphalt paving, grading, and compaction Operate paver, roller, skid steer, and dump as needed Precise raking/shoveling and handwork Keep a safe, clean, professional job site Work as a tight crew to hit schedule and quality targets
Requirements

Prior asphalt paving experience required Valid driver's license required (CDL a plus) Reliable transportation (50-60 mile radius) Can work long days/outdoors in all weather Strong work ethic and ability to take direction
