Overview:
We are seeking a skilled equipment operator to join our team. As a Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as excavator, paver, dump trucks to assist in the construction and paving process. If you have a strong background in heavy equipment operation and are looking for a challenging role in the construction industry, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, including rollers, pavers and excavator
- Assist in the construction and paving process by operating equipment to build and pave roads, parking lots, and other surfaces
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Qualifications:
- Experience in heavy equipment operation
- Familiarity with construction processes and safety
- Proficient in loader operation for material handling
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
