Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Asistente de Maestra Maternal to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young 2 years old children during their formative years. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster a love of learning, support childhood development, and ensure each child's individual needs are met with care and professionalism.

Assist the lead teacher executing daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards. Support classroom activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development in toddlers. Help create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom. Support behavior management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Assist with classroom management tasks such as organizing materials, setting up learning stations, and maintaining cleanliness. Support daily routines such as mealtimes, nap times, diaper changing.

Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is required. Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in childhood education. Experience with classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior. Hands-on experience in lesson planning for toddlers. Strong communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing classroom dynamics while maintaining a lively and positive environment.

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 37 per week
