Job Description

The Assistant Buyer is responsible for supporting purchasing and procurement operations of the following:


Procurement of food and beverage products; Market Analysis, price negotiations; Point of delivery or pick-up coordination; forecasting and purchase order creation; and cost analysis, data entry review.
