Looking for a self motivated individual who is a natural leader and has an eye for details. Experience is not required but is beneficial. Our ownership group is #1 in the nation for all Qdoba franchises. We have an extremely low turnover rate and value staff above all. Open availability is preferred but if you are in school, we will absolutely work around your schedule. What makes us different than anyone else is we have the ability to genuinely grow. Every single owner/operator started out as an assistant manager. Every employee has the opportunity to move up and run their own store.

Skills

Natural leadership/leading by example.

Someone who can handle different personalities and maximize staff performance.

Must be clean and organized.

Above all, you have to be great with guests. Extrovert/social butterflies go far with us. You've got to be able to treat people, like people and not just another customer.

Our typical shifts are

8-4pm and 4pm to 1030pm but we can work with just about any schedule.
