We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our dynamic automotive team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automotive repair and diagnostics of all makes and models. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of repair and maintenance.

Duties

Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately and efficiently. Execute repairs on gas, diesel, and hybrid engines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Utilize schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems and components effectively. Align vehicles using Hunter Alignment equipment and techniques to meet manufacturer specifications.. Employ power tools and various equipment for repairs and maintenance tasks. Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Provide outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with Service advisors regarding customers vehicle needs and repair status.

Experience

Proven experience in automotive repair. Strong background in gas and diesel engine repair is highly desirable. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, including the use of diagnostic tools and software. Familiarity with schematics and the ability to interpret technical documents is essential. Previous experience in customer service roles within the automotive industry is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
