We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Artificial Turf Installer to join our dynamic landscaping team. Responsibilities
Prepare the installation site by clearing debris, grading the ground, and ensuring proper drainage and leveling for optimal turf placement
Measure and cut artificial turf accurately to fit designated areas, ensuring seamless and professional results
Use hand tools and power tools such as utility knives, drills, and stakes to secure the turf in place
Install necessary accessories like infill materials, edging, and drainage systems to ensure durability and proper function
Collaborate with team members to execute installation plans efficiently while maintaining safety standards
Conduct routine maintenance checks on installed turf to ensure longevity and appearance
Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including irrigation setup, lawn care, gardening, and general horticulture practices as needed
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste responsibly
Skills
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and turf installation
Knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, and horticulture principles
Experience with land leveling, grading, and drainage solutions to prepare surfaces for turf installation
Ability to read blueprints or installation plans accurately
Strong attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and seamless turf fitting
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality assurance
Basic understanding of landscaping materials and techniques for durable installations
Physical stamina to perform manual labor including digging, lifting heavy materials, bending, and standing for extended periods
