One River School of Art + Design is looking for motivated professionals with a demonstrated interest in the visual arts who want to be part of a small team that is "transforming art education" in their community.

This is a part-time role that entails evening and weekend work with potential to grow to a full-time position. The hours currently available are:

Thursday 5:30 - 8:30pm Saturday 3:00-5:00pm Sunday 9:30-1:30pm

The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service for students and parents at One River School. We have developed a system that blends a fun interactive social dynamic, with an innovative method that focuses on contemporary art education. The Coordinator leads the effort by working closely with members and students to ensure great experiences.

Responsibilities Include:

Provide a welcoming and responsive presence at the front desk Answer phone calls and make outgoing calls to parents and students Drive student and member retention through consistent customer communication and engagement Develop one to one relationships with the student body and the parents of our K-12 students Maximize student enrollment by following a systematic method for closing new student inquiries and conducting school tours Respond to customer / student service questions and solve issues Create, promote and host community events, both onsite and off-site

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or working on a Bachelor's Degree currently Majors in art related subjects are highly preferred Strong communication skills required Strong interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to network, collaborate and build relationships with clients, partners, staff, remote colleagues and others. Must possess a passion for the One River School brand
