Overview

We are looking for a

dynamic, personable Art Instructor

to join our creative team. This role combines leading fun, guided art experiences with actively engaging guests and supporting sales of our art activities, events, and products.

The ideal candidate loves art, enjoys working with people, and feels confident building relationships with guests. This is a

long-term position

with opportunities to grow alongside a creative and fast-growing brand.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging and interactive art classes for guests of all ages and skill levels Guide and encourage participants throughout the creative process Promote art activities, workshops, private events, and products in a natural, friendly way Assist with private events, group bookings, and special experiences Create a welcoming, organized, and energetic studio environment Build strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and referrals Communicate with influencers and partners via email Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm Support daily studio operations as needed etc. more detail in person.
Qualifications

Must be 21+ !!

Seeking a

Background in art or a creative field preferred Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Comfortable with sales and guest engagement Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in retail, events, hospitality, or arts education is a plus

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
