Job Title: Art Director
Location: Richmond, VA
Introduction
We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our creative team. This role requires a visionary who can lead and inspire others while delivering innovative and effective design solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on W2.
• At least 2 years of design experience in a professional setting.
• Proficiency and experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience in the Premium space such as Travel, Hospitality, or Luxury Goods.
• Experience in one or more of the following marketing areas: B2C, Brand Design, Experiential or Digital.
• Proficiency and experience working with a prototyping software, such as: Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Previous experience working for a financial client.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design creative for a range of print and digital channels, including email, web, display, and print.
• Brainstorm big concepts one day and tackle detail-oriented projects the next.
• Collaborate with team members--copywriters, creative directors, brand and marketing strategists.
• Work with partners--internal marketing and line-of-business teams.
• Create marketing that cuts through the noise using strategic insights.
• Manage multiple deadlines on numerous projects happening simultaneously.
• Deliver error-free work with a keen attention to detail.
• Present work compellingly to gain support across different audiences.
