80 Armed Officers 6 Shift Supervisors 6 Flex/On-Call
Full-time, Flex/On-Call

$25-$29 Per Hour

2-2-3 Schedule 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends off.

DRM is seeking experienced and professional security officers to join our team to work at a federal holding prison. Applicants must pass all steps of the application process.

Qualifications

:

Valid Arizona Security Guard License 21+ years of age No criminal record High school Diploma or GED Proven experience of 4+ years in high level armed security work, law enforcement or military Ability to pass a comprehensive background check including credit check and drug screening Ability to pass a firearm qualifier and physical ability test Ability to stand or patrol for up to 12 hours Reliable transportation Must have a phone with internet and service Excellent communication skills Strong decision-making and crisis management abilities Supervisors must have 5+ years of proven security management/supervisor experience Nights, Weekends and Holidays may be required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

Ability to write comprehensive reports and communicate effectively with diverse individuals.

Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential security threats.
