Mandatory Requirements
Current Delaware Armed Guard Red Card is required. Non-negotiable.
Availability is required Sunday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
You can be scheduled any of those days and times.Essential Job Duties & Officer Expectations
Conduct and Deterrence
Maintain a highly visible and alert presence
at store entrances during store hours to act as a deterrent and a GREAT witness. Check in with theManager on Duty (MOD)
upon arrival and departure. Exhibit afriendly, helpful, and cooperative attitude
while maintaining and conveying authority. Conduct an hourlyexterior perimeter monitor
(paying attention to secluded sections/compactors). Deliver a clear and audibleverbal warning from a safe distance
to suspected trespassers, firmly directing them to depart. If the trespasser persists, contact proper local law enforcement authority.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
