At Providers International our clients range from Dispensary's , Schools , to top tier Businesses in the Metro Valley. We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security , demonstrating exceptional skills in surveillance, conflict management, and loss prevention. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, customers, and their assets.

Qualifications/Requirements
Must possess a valid Arizona armed and unarmed guard card.

Must have own Duty firearm(not compact) level 2 or greater retention holster, magazines and safety gear

1+ years of verifiable experience as an armed guard.

Must be able to possess a Facility Agent card, FA card holders are a plus

Have reliable transportation and working smart phone.

Have a flexible schedule our operations run 7 days a week 6am-1159pm (no overnights)

Must be able to work a standing post for 8 hours or longer.

Ability to interact with the public in a direct and professional manner.

Must be willing to participate in drug and back ground screening process.

Meet any applicable State, County, and Municipal requirements for armed

security officers.

Armed guards start at 21.00 per hour

Responsibilities :

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary. Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities. Provide assistance during conflicts or disturbances, utilizing conflict management techniques. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary to ensure compliance with local and state laws Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Writing reports and Daily activity reports.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shifts Day shifts Evening shifts On call flex positions Weekends as needed
