Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Armed Security Guard based in Springfield, MO. The Armed Security Guard will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to maintain safety and security, responding promptly to emergencies, and enforcing security protocols. Additionally, the role involves deterring unauthorized activities, documenting incidents, and collaborating with law enforcement as necessary to ensure a secure environment.

Qualifications

Proficient in surveillance monitoring, patrolling, and responding to security breaches Skilled in conflict resolution, communication, and maintaining situational awareness in high-pressure scenarios Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and the proper handling of firearms Ability to perform physical tasks, stand for extended periods, and handle equipment as necessary Must possess a valid Security Guard License Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in any situation Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is a strong advantage
