Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and professional. PRN/Full TIME Armed Security Guard . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security protocols, conflict management, and emergency response. This role requires a high level of integrity, alertness, and the ability to respond effectively to various security situations. Candidates with experience in law enforcement, military service, or security operations are highly encouraged to apply. The Armed Security Guard will be responsible for monitoring premises through surveillance systems, conducting patrols, and ensuring safety compliance at all times.

Duties

Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect suspicious activity Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and surveillance systems for unusual or unlawful activity Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents with appropriate action Enforce access control procedures by verifying credentials and inspecting individuals or vehicles Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering first aid or CPR if necessary Manage conflicts calmly and professionally to de-escalate potentially volatile situations Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required Conduct loss prevention activities to safeguard property and assets Maintain a visible presence to promote safety awareness among staff and visitors

Experience

Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or private security is preferred Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and security technology is advantageous Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle stressful situations effectively Experience in loss prevention or related fields is a plus Demonstrated ability to enforce rules while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
