Ace Prevention Private Security is looking for Security Guards for Retail Holiday Post in Monroe, LA.

Responsibilities:

Patrol and monitor premises to maintain a safe and secure environment. Conduct thorough security checks. Monitor crowd to ensure a safe and secure environment. Enforce rules, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance. Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and appropriately. Monitor cameras and surveillance systems to detect any suspicious activities. Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing directions. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary. Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Fire Watch Good communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High level of integrity and ethical conduct. Activity Log Skills. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours. Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. Basic computer skills.

Security Officer Qualifications and Skills:

Crowd Control. Retail Security Experience. Sporting Event Security. Bag Checks/ Handheld Metal Detector Screenings. Excellent sense of judgment. Can stay alert at all times.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Armed Guard Card. 2 years of experience.
