The Area Vice President will execute on the strategic goals and vision of the company. This includes the management and growth of people, revenue and profits. This is a highly diverse and visible role that requires the ability to set priorities, multi-task and work in an ever-changing environment. This role requires a high level of analytical, interpersonal and organization skills. Responsible for ensuring area operations are within service level agreements. Position will hold regular 1:1 meetings with their direct reports, and ensure all managers are also conducting regular 1:1s with their employees. Position is ultimately responsible for area work product and employee performance. Responsible for hiring, developing, discipline and terminations.
This is a hybrid position in Overland Park, Kansas.
