We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Area Sales Representative

to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence through strategic outside sales efforts, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in B2B sales, territory management, and customer relationship management (CRM) software, with a focus on technology and product solutions. Duties



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand territory and increase market share through targeted lead generation and prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, conducting product demos, upselling solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to generate qualified leads for B2B sales initiatives. Conduct direct sales presentations and negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and forecast future sales performance. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information to support ongoing management efforts. Provide feedback on product features and customer requirements to support product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead management and analysis. Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of technology sales, technical sales processes, or related industries is highly desirable. Ability to conduct compelling product demos and upsell solutions effectively. Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and develop strategic approaches for territory growth. Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and management responsibilities. Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
