We cater to large national retail chains, in-store assembly of retail products
(e.g. toolboxes, grills, wheelbarrows, furniture, mowers, cabinets, etc.). We have been in the business for over 30 years, we pride ourselves on being the best in the industry. As an Area/Operations Manager you would oversee a group of accounts, cultivate customer relationships, maintain excellent quality control, and handle most of the staffing needs including but not limited to On-boarding, Training, and Scheduling. Work Requirements:

• Minimum: 4 years prior retail assembly experience or equivalent
• Specifically: grills, riding mowers, and wheelbarrows
• Previous management or military experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation is a MUST
• Must provide work references
• Some assembly services will be required
• Computer navigation skills including but not limited to Email, MS Office, and MS Teams.
• Pass background and DMV check

Availability:

• Full-time salaried position
• 42+ hours a week
• Weekend availability

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits:
