JOIN TEAM TRILOGY

Trilogy Health Services, an Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing healthcare company is currently seeking an Area Business Development / Sales Manager in the Central South Indiana area to develop and oversee marketing and sales for our healthcare facilities.

Our Area Business Development Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing, sales and PR programs for assigned health campuses. This role will oversee and coordinate marketing plans, budgets and competitive analysis.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an Area Business Development / Area Marketing Rep:

• Market and direct Health Campuses, and create and oversee implementation of cluster marketing and PR campaigns to maximize exposure.
• Direct and assist with start-up marketing activities for new Health Campuses under construction.
• Monitor and assist with Medical Director, Physician and Hospital relationships to enhance occupancy goals.
• Achieve all occupancy goals for assigned campuses; Ensure onsite marketing support to campuses experiencing occupancy problems.
• Lead and coordinate the completion of competitive analysis on all campuses and oversee marketing plans and budgetary processes.
• Retain and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of lead tracking system, including data management, troubleshooting and training.
• Assume interim responsibility of the campus Community Service Rep role when needed.
• Recruit, screen, select, hire, train, coach, counsel and develop a team of qualified and highly motivated individuals.

WHAT WE\'RE LOOKING FOR

You would be a great fit for our team if you have the following:

• Four (4) year college degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5 years experience as a sales/marketing leader with a reputable organization.
• Consultative selling skills, proven track record and ability to build strong business partnerships along with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are a must.
• Effective listening, questioning, empathy, resolving conflicts and excellent written and oral communication skills are critical to this role.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and track multiple tasks with strong attention to efficiency and detail.
• Exemplary computer skills to include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
• Regular travel is a requirement of this position.
