Archiving Clerk

to assist with this client's production needs.


The

Archiving Clerk

is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and managing company records and documents in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Essential Functions:



Organize, file, and maintain company records, including physical documents and electronic files. Retrieve documents and records upon request from internal teams or management. Ensure proper labeling, indexing, and storage of files for easy access. Assist with the digitization of paper records and maintenance of electronic filing systems. Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of archived materials. Dispose of outdated or unnecessary documents according to company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times. Assist other departments as needed with records management or document retrieval.

Requirements:
Previous experience in records management, administrative support, or archiving is a plus. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and file management software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Physical ability to handle files, folders, and boxes (lifting up to 25 lbs).
