Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Architecture Project Manager / Designer to lead innovative architectural projects from conception through completion. This role combines creative design expertise with strong project management skills, ensuring that each project meets client expectations, adheres to schedule, and maintains the highest standards of quality.

Duties

Lead the full lifecycle of architectural projects, including initial concept development, design refinement, and construction documentation. Develop detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery and efficient resource allocation. Prepare and review construction drawings and models utilizing AutoCAD Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams through negotiation and clear communication to align project goals and resolve issues swiftly. Utilize Bluebeam for markup reviews, document management, and collaboration to streamline workflows. Construction administration activities Foster business growth maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Support interior design projects by integrating aesthetic concepts with functional requirements Maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications

Proven experience in architecture project management combined with hands-on design skills across various sectors such as renovation or interior design. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp and other relevant software tools. Strong understanding of construction processes Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices Effective communication skills with clients and contractors as well as team coordination. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines. Familiarity with interior design principles is desirable but not mandatory.
