Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to lead and coordinate innovative architectural projects from conception through completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee diverse projects, including renovations, interior design, and new construction, ensuring they meet client expectations, adhere to budgets, and comply with all relevant standards. Responsibilities

Lead the planning, development, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements. Develop comprehensive project schedules using tools like Project management software to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration throughout all project phases. Utilize drafting and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D (Rhinoceros 3D), SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations. Manage construction estimating processes and budgeting activities to maintain financial control over projects. Oversee construction management activities including site visits, quality assurance, safety compliance, and progress reporting. Negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and consultants to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong professional relationships. Use Bluebeam for document review and markup to streamline communication on project documentation. Lead renovation projects with a focus on interior design integration while managing scope changes effectively. Oversee construction contracts from negotiation through execution to ensure compliance with project specifications. Implement construction management best practices to monitor progress, control costs, and mitigate risks. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience managing architectural projects across various sectors including renovation, interior design, or new build developments. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D (Rhinoceros 3D), SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Bluebeam Revu, CAD software packages including Drafting tools. Solid understanding of construction processes including estimating, budgeting, scheduling (Project scheduling), construction management practices & contracts. Excellent negotiation skills for vendor agreements and client relations. Experience with project management methodologies and tools to track progress efficiently. Familiarity with construction codes & standards relevant to the region of operation. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively while maintaining clear communication channels. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in drafting & documentation review (Drafting). Knowledge of interior design principles is a plus for renovation projects. Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
