Job Description

Lead/assists a project team in development of the aesthetic and technical design and the preparation of architectural design and construction documents including drawings and specifications. Collaborates with or serves as the Project Designer for the design of the project. Develops, checks and coordinates technical aspects of the design of a project. Leads in organizing the drawing. Prepares the project code review. Coordinates the work of Consultants. Meets with client. Supervises assigned staff. Mentors junior staff. Follows established standards for project production and review. Keeps Principal Architect informed of progress or need for assistance. Minimum of 6 to 10 years with Healthcare (HCAi/OSHPD) experience preferred. Strong organization, graphic, technical and written skills Demonstrated experience in and readiness to lead the technical details of projects. Proficient with computer-assisted design software. Proficient with other data management software such as Word and Excel.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
