Job Title: Architectural Drafter

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Architectural Drafter to join our team. This position plays a key role in producing accurate construction documents, technical drawings, and design support for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD Architecture. Convert design concepts, sketches, and markups from architects and project managers into accurate technical drawings. Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and company drafting practices. Revise and update drawings based on feedback and redlines. Maintain organized project files and drawing sets. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and consultants to resolve design/drafting issues. Assist in preparing presentation drawings and layouts as needed. Contribute to quality control by reviewing drawings for accuracy and completeness.
What we're looking for:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Experience with 3D modeling, Adobe suite, Bluebeam Revu, rendering, or visualization software is a plus. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and architectural standards. Ability to take direction but also work independently when needed. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate drawings. Knowledge of commercial and residential construction documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
