Duties

Develop detailed architectural drawings and schematics using CAD software. Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand design concepts and requirements. Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Chief Architect and ArchiCAD to produce high-quality designs. Create 3D models for projects. Prepare construction documents, including specifications and schedules. Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients and team members. Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and regulations. Assist in the preparation of presentations for clients using graphic design skills. Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the design process. Provide take-offs for building materials for sales team

Requirements

Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Chief Architect or other premium software. Experience with drafting techniques and construction documentation. Familiarity with architectural design principles and construction methods. Knowledge of graphic design principles is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Ability to adapt to new technologies and software as needed. A degree or certification in architecture, drafting, or a related field is preferred but not required. Base Pay: From $25.00 per hour
