Chief Architect

to help us create generational spaces that balance beauty and buildability.





This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the software, has a keen eye for detail, and wants to see their drawings become reality in high-end residential projects. You'll collaborate directly with our Head of Design and Project Managers to translate vision into documentation that guides clients and builders alike.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed Chief Architect models, plans, and renderings for custom homes. Create clear, construction-ready documentation that supports seamless project delivery. Collaborate with the design team on finishes, cabinetry, and millwork details. Upload and update selections and documents in BuilderTrend. Participate in client design meetings, helping visualize concepts and refine choices. Conduct occasional site visits to align design intent with construction reality.

Qualifications

Experience in architectural design, preferably high-end residential. Advanced proficiency in

Chief Architect

(required).
Experience with BuilderTrend a strong plus. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, cabinetry, and finish carpentry. Detail-driven, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once. Collaborative, client-focused, and committed to excellence.

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time position Salary range:

$60,000 $75,000

depending on experience
