Architect/architectural Designer
Job Description
MASON seeks an Architect or Architectural Designer with 3-5 years' experience to support Project Architects on all phases?of projects from initial client contact through contract administration.?Projects range from existing building renovations to new construction on sites that are often culturally and environmentally sensitive.
Capabilities:
Flexible, collaborative team player able to prioritize and manage multiple small-to-medium sized projects
Experience with preparation and coordination of architectural drawings and specifications for permitting and construction
Knowledge of building materials, building codes, detailing, and constructability
Effective verbal and written communication skills for coordination with clients, design and construction professionals
Proficiency with REVIT?and AutoCAD
Familiarity with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Lumion desired
LEED accreditation or interest in attaining it is highly desirable
Experience with Federal government projects is a plus
U.S. citizenship or permanent U.S. residency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
