Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Architect to join our team.

We are a small company that builds concrete tilt retail buildings in prime locations throughout Utah/Idaho/Montana. We have over 25 buildings in our pipeline that will need to be designed/built over the coming years.

Duties

Develop building plans utilizing software such as AutoCAD, Revit. Coordinate MEP, Structural, Cival partners Produce siteplans. Pre application meetings for city feedback/rezoning/entitlement. Oversee construction management activities, including site visits, quality assurance, and ensuring adherence to design specifications
You will be the sole architect on the team, please do not apply unless you are reliable and have the experience.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
